So much for the merry merry month of May. It's not actually all that merry in the southern hemisphere — the weather here in Sydney is taking quite a cold turn now, not that I'm complaining. I prefer things to be on the cold side rather than the hot.
It's been a moderately busy month here at Nutters.org. I think I churned out more verbiage this month than any month previously. The Zope system, whilst not ideal, is a vast improvement over HTML and CGI in most respects, especially as far as Nutters.org is concerned.
This final week has been slow as far as getting anything published is concerned. I have two unfinished works-in-progress, plus another email exchange that I could easily convert into another document, but I haven't had the usual copious free time (really) to Nutterise. This has primarily been the fault of computers. I have several new computers that I need to get going, and one of them has been a right royal pain so far, sucking up hour after hour with configuration quibbles. That, and I've actually had to switch from laziness mode to work mode recently. Don't worry — it won't last.
One of the other things I'm supposed to do is decommission the old www.nutters.org server and replace it with this new funky Zoped up thing. I was hoping to have done that by today, but such is life. Maybe I'll have time for it on the weekend. It's not like I'm going to get much traffic here until I do so.
So stay tuned: there should be some more thought-provoking Nutterisation appearing on the site shortly.
