Portable Hand Guillotine Entry id: guillotine

A curious little email was just broadcast to all staff in my office. It said, simply, "If you have the portable hand guillotine in your possession or know of it's whereabouts, could you please contact Joe on ext 5686."

Have we enacted some variant of Islamic Law in the office? It would be truly poetic irony if someone stole the hand guillotine and was punished for this crime using said guillotine for the removal of the offending hand. But wouldn't this raise all sorts of complications with worker's compensation? I'm a bit disturbed by the concept of having a hand guillotine in the office, quite frankly.

No doubt I've gone mad and they'll have to shoot me.
